Everything you need to know about Florence.
Florence takes privacy seriously. We do NOT store patient data permanently. Every visit is stored encrypted for a maximum of 1 hour, or until the session ends — whichever comes first. Audio recordings are deleted immediately after transcription. All your note templates live on your phone, and are sent to our servers only when you connect to the Web Interface on your computer. Because we keep no session information, we do NOT use your data to train AI models. Neither your patients' information nor your clinical reasoning is shared, analyzed or used to improve our algorithms. Your data stays yours.

How to Get Started
Download the App
Scan the QR code or search "Florence App" in your app store. Install the app on your phone.
Open Florence Web
On your computer, go to app.florence-app.com (the Web Interface). A QR code will appear on screen.
Connect via QR Code
In the mobile app, tap "Scan QR Code" and point your camera at the code on your computer. You're connected!
Start Recording
Tap the record button on your phone to start the visit. When you finish, the audio is processed and the structured note appears on your computer, in the Web Interface.
Florence is not open to the public yet. It is being tested by a group of invited physicians ahead of the app-store release. The QR codes above go live the day the listings do.
